Why Dignity Direct?

    Between high deductibles, confusing billing, and limited insurance coverage, we are often left feeling discouraged. Many families today are realizing that “using insurance” doesn’t always mean saving money. The reality is that the true cost of care can often be less when paid directly.

    This direct primary care model removes the insurance middleman, allowing us to care for you and your family directly, simply, and wholeheartedly. The “Dignity Direct” program offers direct access to compassionate, relationship-based care, designed to restore dignity to medicine while delivering measurable outcomes and predictable costs.

    • Primary Care Across the Lifespan

      • Adult Annual Wellness Exam

      • Well Child check-ups

      • Sick visits

        • Respiratory evaluations

        • Injury care: concussions, sprains, ect

        • Infections, Rashes

      • Chronic care management (specialist fees not included)

      • Diabetes Management

      • Health optimization

        • Weight loss initial evaluation (medications are additional)

        • Hormone initial evaluation (medications are additional)

      • Skin check

      • Mental Health Care

      • Medication and supplement management (medications are additional)

      • Same-/next-day access and telehealth visits

      • Personalized care coordination with specialists

    • Fertility Awareness education

    • Labs & Procedures:

      • Rapid strep, flu, RSV, & Covid

      • EKG (electrocardiogram)

      • Pap smear

      • CBC, CMP, TSH, HgA1c, lipids

      • Urine analysis

      • Pregnancy test

      • Flu vaccine

      • TDAP vaccine

      • Abscess drainage

      • Ear wax removal

      • Skin tag and wart removal

      • IV hydration*

      • IUD removal

      • Spirometry

      • Nebulizer

    *When medically necessary

    • Three-month minimum, then month-to-month thereafter

    • You may cancel at anytime after three months. If you choose to cancel, your membership will end at the close of the following month.

    • Re-enrollment is welcome after one year.

  • No surprise bills, no waiting for approvals, and no confusion about what’s covered. Our self-pay rates are often lower than the out-of-pocket amounts after insurance adjustments and deductibles.

    • $125 per adult member per month

    • $95 per child/ month, additional child is $55/month

    • $75 per person registration fee

  • Members enjoy 24-hour access to the Bella care team for urgent needs.

    We ask that routine messages and refill requests be sent during business hours, so our team can honor both patient and family life.
