Internal Medicine + Pediatric Physician

Dr. Mellinger is a board-certified Internal Medicine and Pediatrics physician who provides primary care for all ages. He received his undergraduate degree from Wheaton College and his MD degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He then went to Memphis, TN, where he completed 4 years of a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center. 

Dr. Mellinger wants to make every patient he sees feel seen, heard, and cared for. He has a passion for helping kids grow up to be physically, mentally, and spiritually healthy and helping address and prevent both acute and chronic diseases in adults. He loves to get to know his patients on a personal level and help patients and families process information to come to the right decisions for themselves. 

Dr. Mellinger has been married to his wife, Abby, since 2024 and lives right here in Englewood. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, being outdoors, playing sports, and cheering on his favorite Ohio sports teams.
