The Plan

This program is only by prescription

  • Call and schedule your medical weight loss visit!

  • Once you are scheduled for your initial consult our wellness coach will reach out to you to assist you in completing your pre-visit labs. Labs should be done 1-2 weeks before your first appointment.

  • Next you will have an initial consultation and lab review. We may discuss supplements, hormone optimization, and order weight loss medications as appropriate.

  • Following your first consultation you will schedule a medication teaching visit as soon as you receive your medications. At this time we will also complete a baseline Body Composition Analysis.

  • Follow up with your provider every six weeks for medication monitoring, medication refills, progress tracking and goal setting.

    You are also welcome to join Bella’s wellness program to meet with our health coach and utilize monthly InBody scans to help reach your goals. (Ongoing coaching visits are available for an additional fee.)

Program Costs

  • Provider and Wellness Coaching visits may be billed through insurance or with discounted self-pay rates.

  • Semaglutide Injections co-pay generally runs $800-1000 per month.  We have coordinated with compounding pharmacies to compound this peptide for $190-395 per vial which may last 4-6 weeks depending on dosing.   

  • Compounded Trizepitide costs $395-$695 which may last 4-6 weeks depending on dosing.
